
Artie completed his training in Germany and also in a Ski resort in Switzerland. He later returned to Ireland and worked as a Head Chef in top class establishments, one in which he spent many years was an exclusive businessman's club in St. Stephen's Green.
By growing his own culinary herbs, flowers and salads, Artie ensures the flavour, colour and freshness of his food is second to none. Catering supreme also prepare their own fresh desserts and bake homemade breads.
